Your account

ORCMA issues accounts. You sign in with your ORCMA account or with a link sent to your email address, so keep your email secure and your sign-in to yourself. Tell the office if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close an account, and we close accounts when someone's involvement with ORCMA ends.

What is in here is confidential

This system holds other people's contact details, agreements and giving records. Use what you see for ORCMA business only. Do not copy it, forward it or take it with you for any other purpose.

Keep your own details current

Schedules, payments and mailings run off what is on your record. Please keep your contact details and your availability up to date.

Text messages

If you tick the box on your profile, ORCMA may send you text messages about urgent matters, such as a concert or rehearsal change. Message frequency varies and is low: expect no more than a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or untick the box on your profile. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is set out in our privacy policy.

Gifts

Card gifts are handled by Stripe and charged when you complete the form. A gift is a donation, not a purchase, so it is not refundable as a matter of course. If something has gone wrong with a gift, write to the office and we will put it right. Receipts and acknowledgments come from ORCMA.

Availability

We run this system as well as we can and it may be unavailable at times. It is not a substitute for the office: if something is urgent, call or write.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the system means the current version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee.
